Double charged

I was charged for my monthly bill twice in a matter of 3 days. Verizon would not tell me why that happen. I have been unhappy with verizon for about 2 years now. I have been a customer for over 5 years. I talked to 3 different people telling me it will get it fixed and my bank account will get money back, well guess what it hasn't gone back into my bank account

No action need is better , credit balance carry over next bill.

I'm having the same problem and VZW keeps saying contact the bank.

The same exact thing happened to me called them a week ago still nothing back in my account had them for 3 years got charged 2 times for 1 bill for no reason at all and they wanted to lie saying it was due to last month was refunded and i never received a penny back the app says refunded but i never got anything back at all
