I scheduled a payment to come out of my account so that Verizon wouldn’t cut my phone off, and I ended up paying early which is something I usually do and usually they cancel the auto payment and it will say I see you paid early so we canceled your auto payment. Well this time that didn’t happen. Verizon took the auto payment of $279.21 my early payment I made was $263.34. I went through Verizon chat and spoke to representative Morgan and he/she explained that the payment ($263.34) was successfully reversed, this morning I woke up and I see that I was charged again for $263.34. I called my bank and they said they see the 1st reversal. So right now I have anunarthorized payment that came out of my account.
