
This is a 73% increase in my Nov to Dec bill, then it levels off to only a 38% increase (from $161 to $223). What in the world Verizon? This is Do More/Play More plan with 6 lines. All were BYOD, and then I feel like I messed up by getting a phone on one of the lines about 6 months ago. I have the cash to pay off the phone if necessary, whatever is needed to get this bill down to what it was since I started with Verizon around 20 months ago. To be frank, I hate to call customer service- it is a real roll of the dice, and then about 1 hour later, I don't know if my nerves can take it.
How can I get this bill down, and get these loyalty credits back?
