Educator Discount

I had the educator discount. I reverified my information through ID Me which caused my discount to disappear. I have been reapplying for three months in a row to reinstate my discount yet it is not reflected on my bill. I received confirmation from Verizon through my work email  each time. Still nothing. Service reps say they see it on their end. Still no discount. When I call the next month, they say I have to verify eligibility. How many times will I have to endure the same frustrating process and lose money in the meantime? I have been reassured tonight that the discount was verified and seen on the customer service end. I have to wait a few hours to see this reflected on my end. This is the same exact line as last month. I am beyond frustrated!
