Hello, i purchased an airpods 3 generation from the Verizon shop. i was only a fios member at the time. i used my fios gift card. 1 was $100 and the other was $35 dollars. The rest i paid with my Amex credit card. I had an address issue and the product was never delivered and was sent back to verizon warehouse. I began to reach out to fios and wireless customer support and they were keep transferring me. Until someone managed to refund me the purchase. A month later i got my Amex refund of $52 but never my gift cards. I purchased it in april 2024 and its December and every time i call customer service they transfer me and still havent gave me my gift card refund. I called rebate team, wireless, fios everywhere. No one is helping and im very annoyed with this whole situation.
