Followed through on a upgraded offer I received from Verizon.
I went from a Samsung S10 which has been awesome to a Samsung S25.
I went to the Verizon Store in Newburgh,IN and after all said and done I'm being charged for a set up assistant and Redux water protection.
The next day I went in to discuss the charges and all they asked was did they not tell you? I ensured them No they did not.
After several minutes they finally removed the Redux. But would not remove setup assistant due to that was their job and that's their charge.
Now.. setup assistant..they let me know was where they used smart switch to transfer the phone info to the new one.. It's so easy my 11 year old or my 73 year old mom could do it.
They also let me know this is standard..it should not be!
I also found out today this is a Verizon TCC store... different standards then a Verizon store..
Also, ZERO help from a Verizon Rep due to transaction done at TCC .
