FIOS Account Number

When calling Verizon and asked for the 10 digit account number on the first page of the phone bill in the top right hand corner - I do not see one - just my phone number. I do see an account number that is more than 10 digits long on the phone bill...but can not figure out what digits are required to enter when calling Verizon - as I can not get from point A to point B with the phone call (the office is closed) with the account numbers I have on my bill and I have tried re-arranging the numbers hoping to get by the recording. Any suggestions ? Please Help ?

On your paper bill, try the underlined digits using your own acct #..

I just follow the prompts that say I don't have a phone number and get a support person right away. I don't have a VZ phone so its the best option to get someone.

Since you're online... can you not select "Account -> Account Overview" from the red bar at the top of the screen to access your account information? If so, your 10 digit account number is displayed in the box on the right side of screen under the billing summary.
