I added an extra phone line to my account bumping me to a family plan and was told there was a $50 tablet promotion and the $10 a month service. Now I'm being charged each month for a $500 tablet. I didn't need the tablet but I thought for $50 why not. I am so mad. I tried to disconnect the tablet line as I found I only use it on wifi then my app said I have to pay it off. What?!? It's got almost a $600 balance owing. NOT HAPPY
