I made an appt at my local Verizon store to upgrade two of the three phones on my Verizon Business Phone plan.
The store agent told me I was entitled to 2 free phones.
Yesterday I got my new Bill, which went from 98.00 to 288.00
2 lines were added to my bill along with 167.00 of equipment charges.
I did not ask for two new lines.
I called Verizon support and the agent said he could not understand the bill and said he could not help me and to return to the store.
The store does not take phone calls, one needs to visit the store.
When returning to the store, I showed the Manger my old and new Verizon Bill.
He said if your not happy, I must return the phones, in their boxes, to cancel the purchase.
I am a twenty year Business Customer and feel used and abused.
I expect better from Verizon.
Are my expectations to high?
