I ended up switching carriers. Verizon decided to charge me over $1000. I’m down to $800. I keep calling to ask if we put on a payment arrangement because I can’t pay the full amount. I have called several times and they keep telling me that I need to pay the full amount when “trying to do payment arrangement”. I would like to know who I talk to to file a complaint, NOW! I’m currently on a chat with a so-called agent and about 10 minutes. They haven’t replied back. Where do I go to file a complaint?
