Final Bill after leaving/porting to another carrier

I left verizon (finally after 10+ years as a customer) for tMobile.  ZERO regrets. Service is much better!

 

I still have not received my final bill...we left in mid-november and took all our #s and devices

 My billing cycle would have ended Nov 28 i think.

Ive gotten email reminders to "view" my final bill but i cannot access it since i ported our #s. I have reminders with my account # and an estimate due. Ive tried every website link on verizon website to pay my final bill and my account information doesnt exist even with my account #. Ive tried in store kiosk, same thing.

I guess verizon doesnt want their $ (around $2400 for all lines and devices). Id like to pay it, but im ok with not paying and using the $ for something else since tmobile gave us the funds to use towards pay off. 

Ive made a video documentation of every time i've attempted payment up until the due date (dec 20) and it wont go through.  

Ive attempted contact via Facebook, X, snapchat, Here, corporate store, online chat and phone customer service.
