Final Billing

After 20+ yrs of on time payments with Verizon, I'm now receiving Collection notices.  I ported out of Verizon in early December and was immediately locked out of Online Access.  As of today, 2/16/25, I have not received a final bill. I have 3 documented calls to Customer Service (December, January and February) requesting a final bill/accounting of what I owe.  I'm told they are unable to email a final bill but all 3 CSRs promised to send one via snail mail to my address on record.  Despite their assurances and a confirmed address, the only contact received has been via email from a collection agency.  Adding "insult to injury", the total amount owed continues to increase with each passing month.  Verizon wants to be paid and I want to pay, but I will not blindly pay a balance without reviewing the final bill.  Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated.

I've read elsewhere that your final bill is always comes through snail mail.  If you haven't gotten the paper copy of the bill after 2 months, have you checked with Verizon to make sure they have the correct mailing address?  One of the things which can be problematic is the "address line 2" thing because I think the system may not be recognizing that, so then an apartment/suite number listed in "address line 2" gets left off.  Of course, the post office then gets confused and can't deliver the mail properly.

Thanks for the input. I've confirmed the address with Verizon CSRs on 3 separate occasions, with assurances each time, a paper copy would be mailed.  The address on file has no "address line 2".  It's a simple street number and street name that has been used by Verizon successfully to ship multiple phones and accessories.  The address isn't the problem.  I cannot imagine there isn't a means available (one-time link) that would allow online access to the final bill. I visited a Verizon owned store and was told I have to wait for a hard copy in the mail.  While I wait, late/collection fees continue to pile on.  It appears the only folks able to find me work for the collection agency...

I am experiencing the same issue. Received email to view my bill on Monday, ported out lines on Friday and can no longer view the most recent bill. Please advise on how I can get a copy of this bill asap.

Hello justneedinvoice! We do allow for signing into the account for 6 months after it is disconnected. If you remember your User ID you can simply sign in directly here:
