Final DETAILED Bill for a disconnected account

I feel like a hampster in one of those endless exercise wheels, but with no exits on the sides.   I no longer have Verizon, my service is disconnected, and I need a DETAILED final bill for the four lines from VERIZON.  This includes * the last month's charge per line; and * total amount due to pay off the physical phone (for each line).

I do NOT have the password for the account, and have tried accessing the account online from "disconnected account", but my account is locked.

I've gone to the VERIZON store (who tells me that they don't have that nformation) who instructs me to call.  And called the contact number (who tells me to go to the store).

I need a physical bill!  Beit email, or paper mailed to my address.  How do I get off of this hampster wheel?

I've read elsewhere that (supposedly) you are able to login to a disconnected account using My Verizon for up to 6 months after disconnecting, but you must use your User ID and not the phone number.  However, final bills are supposed to be mailed via snail mail.  It was my experience elsewhere when I ported out very briefly, the other guys do the same thing where last bills come via USPS.  It takes about 2 months for everything to clear out of the system based upon what I've read in these forums and my personal experience with another large mobile carrier.

The only other thing I can think of is to check the one-time bill pay site and see if anything comes up there:
