I switched over to T-Mobile over a month ago. As soon as I ported my numbers out, my access to my Verizon account was restricted. I did not get a bill for October and I still have not seen a final bill. I have called the customer service number multiple times with no assistance obtained. Going on 2 months of missed payments, not by choice but because Verizon will not send me the bill. I need the final bill for T-Mobile to payoff my device balances, why are you making it so difficult to settle the account and move on from Verizon?
