Paid off 3 devices on my account. Went to upgrade one of my lines and cannot do this due to financing limit. Customer for almost 3 years paid all my bills on time, and the first time I want to upgrade my own line I cannot. Get told pay full retail and ill get bill credits back yet add a whole new line the same thing is free and i could keep my device to trade in at a later date.
