I am currently having financial difficulties due to being unemployed, I made payment arrangements which the 1st payment was due on the 19th, I have a 501 3 (C) making the full payment but the check had to be mailed, because that is the only way they can make payments, And my service was interrupted this morning. when i tried to call to speak to someone i was unable to because of YOUR system not allowing it unless i made the payment in full.
I found where i could request a call back from a CSA. Once they called back I was transferred 3 different times trying to get clarification regarding my situation. Not only were your "Customer Service Agents" clueless, when it came to Financial Assistance & 501 3(C) Pledges, they refused to send me to a Manager, AND I GOT HUNG UP ON! THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!
I Need my phone turned back on for Phone interviews that I have this week so i can become employed and pay my bills . Having to deal with the inadequacy of your CSAs and general lack of ability to assist your customers should not be company policy! People have financial difficulties and for a company to Disregard this after all the money that we put into using your service is just bad business.
I would appreciate it if someone who actually has a clue is willing reach out to me to assist resolve my issue.
