Fios refund

I moved to Florida in October and canceled my Fios service. I immediately returned all equipment and was owed $300 refund for overpayment.  After 3 phone calls and customer service chats these morons are finally sending my refund via gift card instead of direct deposited into the same account I paid them from. It has take 4 months for this and are you ready for the ridiculous part? They mailed it to my old address in New Jersey!  im glad I no longer have to deal with them.
