In January 2024 when wepurchased new phones and added a member, I was promised a monthly $50 credit on our bill for being long term clients of Verizon in addition to being a first responder. I've not received anything yet. The discount was to have begun no later than April 2024. When I called to ask why it wasn't reflected in my bill, I was told the promo was no longer being given. That's not good business to praise a client for their continued faithful support, promise to recognize their faithfulness and pull the rug out from under. Please review and follow through with what is promised. I will become a client of a competitor if this isn't resolved.

I don’t understand why Verizon is so terrible at following through with deals and promises. It’s been years since I was promised the first responder discount and still haven’t received it. I have been on the phone with so many different people it’s laughable. The last said there sas a problem on the Verizon end with ID.me working on their platform. I was verified and then they created a work order to have the discount added. I was told I would be contacted within a week to be informed the discount was applied. It’s been way more than a week….there are cheaper and other options than Verizon, not to mention how much money I’m still wasting. Fix this or I’m leaving

Verizon baits first responders with a fictitious discount. They send you into a death loop on their website to “re-enroll” when they on a whim remove the discount. Then by the time it’s realized you’ve lost $$$$ and they wind credit you.
