Fix my account! Disconnected Mobile Phone Service!

Hello!! I along with my husband and son who are on this account have now been without service for two days after Verizon erroneously disconnected our service for a fraudulent chargeback of $484.79 even though we have paid every single billing statement issued by Verizon. You, Verizon, are breaching our contract and economic duress. I have called numerous times and spoken to representatives from Verizon's customer service department, fraud department, and finance services department. I was led to believe that my last phone call with Verizon's customer service representative, Quennie, on 9/16/24 solved all issues. She issued ticket number ***** to our account requesting the chargeback charges to be removed along with all other charges assessed to our upcoming bill due in October (which has ballooned to over $800) caused by the fraudulent chargeback charges. By the way, that call lasted over three hours and I used my father's phone because Verizon disconnected my phone. Verizon has now disconnected my service three times - September 2, 16, and 21 (still disconnected).
You, Verizon, violating numerous FCC provisions.
My service needs to be restored and my account needs to have those chargeback charges removed along with all the unnecessary fees added to my October bill.

I have been dealing with this issue since July 11, 2024! Someone at Verizon needs to look at my account and fix it!
