Forcing new plans

Why are you increasing my bill by robbing me of my $10/month auto pay discount?!? The only way I can keep this discount is if I change to a new plan! I don’t want a new plan! Constantly changing my bill is very off putting for the service that doesn’t reflect said changes. If these changes continue to take place, I will change providers. So why are you taking my discount away, but offer me the same discount if I change to a (likely more expensive) plan?!

I just received the email today. This is absolutely ridiculous. I also looked and compared the current plans i have vs the new ones. I was able to convert my son and wife to the new plans since they weren’t using them to the full capability. But me: I get the 600gb of cloud storage, apple music, and Disney plus package for free. If i switched to the new plan it would be $30 extra to keep these same features. Hard pass

Received the same email. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for decades but stunts like this is too much.  Forcing me to pay more for the same service I have had for years or make me switch to a plan where you will charge me more for the same services I get now.  I can't defend Verizon customer service any more.  This is just a horrible way to treat any customer let alone long time loyal ones.

I totally agree.    They are forcing customers with grandfather plans to change plans by taking away discounts.    I have been a Verizon customer for 23 years and am considering a switch to AT&T.     I am so angry.
