Someone took over my account through a migration to their phone. Stole significant monies from my bank account, tried to open a Lowes account, and purchased a new IPhone 15 which was charged to me and is now past due. Then they migrated back to my phone a day later. I have emails and receipts from Verizon documenting all this. During the migration, I had no cell calling service. I have repeatedly contacted Verizon regarding all of this, been passed to multiple departments, but nothing has been done. I need the $895 charge for the IPhone removed from my account and proof for my bank that I did not have control of my cell calling service for a specific date when all these thefts were done. I am getting no help from Verizon. A police report has been filed, FTC notified, bank and Verizon affidavits filed. Verizon says they will call back on a specific date multiple times and they do not call. I am at a loss. I need help. Suggestions?
