I have not received any information how to redeem the free tv. I look under services perks and there is nothing there. It is on my order confirmation and that's it. It said verizon would email me but no email.

Getting a free 65” Smart Fire TV on us is a great deal, and we want to make the process of redeeming it as easy and straightforward as possible.

This promotion is available when you purchase select devices, open a new line on a new account, and activate the line on the Unlimited Ultimate or Unlimited Plus plans. It offers you the choice of receiving that device at a discounted price by receiving monthly credits on your bill as long as the Device Payment Plan for that device remains active or a free 65” Amazon Fire TV.

When you complete your purchase and make the choice of receiving the free 65” Amazon Fire TV, you’ll get an e-mail confirmation with your redemption date information. You’ll also get another e-mail 30 days after redemption with information on how to redeem as well as additional reminder e-mails. You have 60 days from the redemption data to redeem the promotion.

To redeem, you will need to sign into your My Verizon app or the My Verizon website, scroll down to Make The Most of Your Plans and click on the Get an Amazon Fire TV on us tile. From there, you’ll be taken to Amazon to complete the purchase. At the end of the checkout process, the cost of the TV will be $0.00 and shipments usually take 2-3 days from redemption.

If you are unable to redeem, please let us know and we can work with you to find a solution to this problems. We absolutely want you to get every single promotion you qualify for.

Kay2711, it's cool you're going to get the Amazon Fire TV. For sure we want you to get that, and we'll run through the redemeption process so you know what to do. 

 

The first big thing is, there is a 30-day wait after the activation of the qualifying device. Once those 30-days have passed, you can then see the tile in My Verizon for you to claim. It is located under the 'Make the Most of Your Plans' section, and will be labeled 'Get an Amazon Fire TV on us.' You'll click it, review the Terms & Conditions, then you'll be taken to Amazon to complete the order. If you by chance don't have an Amazon account, they'll ask you to make one. Once signed-in you'll then proceed with the order via Amazon. 

 

If the full 30-days haven't passed, please wait for that to complete. If you're past that, please check My VZ and let us know if you can redeem there.

It's been 30 days for me and I don't see anywhere on where to redeem It.

What a great promotional offer.  We get the frustration when the redemption process is not working as expected. Have you received the Redemption email or see the Redemption tile on My Verizon Online? When was the date of activation? Please check spam for the email that is listed on the Verizon account.

I have nothing. My date of purchase was exactly Jan 2nd-  per the site  it said that I had the get all done by the 3rd and I did. all my receipts are fasted the 2nd and 3rd. In fact somehow I’m paying for the Disney channel bundle too which I don’t remember signing up for. When I was purchasing I purposely chose to not they the free phone and opted to pay per phone and got the higher plan that also qualified me for the tv

I have called customer service, repeatedly and every time I talk to someone I get a different answer and of course someone’s always gonna get back to me but I have yet to receive an email a call back anything. So I’m curious as to whether anyone has received the free tv

Well if that is the case how come I was able to redeem my promotion on the. 18 th of April when I activated on the 5 th of April  and that order was placed by an agent per the request of her supervisor due to issues they are having with the emails asking which promotion you want to redeem the tv or the 200$. 
I was told that the tv would be here on the 3 rd of May which I took off work for and upon not receiving any tracking information I called and have got nothing but multiple stories and scenarios the bottom line is the agent placed the order on 18th of April was told it would be her on 5-3 and I was not contacted of any changes or back order or anything now I get told I have to wait 30 days to order ok well sorry that order was placed but someone chose not to fill. I think it's time to contact my attorney general and the FtC this clearly is against any and all laws in place in my state and federal guidelines.

I am having the same issue!  Today is day 30 and no email! 

Purchased a new 1phone 15 activated April 4Th added the line with the ultimate as required yet still waiting! 

Took also almost a month to figure out the gift card that came with this deal to fing out the card was never activated!

What is going on????

Me as well, I opted to not get the phone for free and picked the tv instead. I can’t see anything on my service perks or on my contract. Hoping that this was not a bait and switch.

I don’t need help with my service, my question is I purposely opted out of the free phone  for the tv. I purchased in Jan 2nd, picked the plan and the phone that would qualify me for the tv and I see nothing anywhere about this on my account or anything.  I’m paying  per month for the phone so I should be getting my tv otherwise then my phone should have been free ans I would have chosen a cheeper phone package. It’s kinda a bait and switch

Yep, I got screwed out of this deal too. Been a headache getting in touch with someone just for them to ask me the same questions over and over again. Misleading advertisement.

I have the same problem. I have not received an email that I was told I would get after 30 days of my Verizon account being activated.
