I have not received any information how to redeem the free tv. I look under services perks and there is nothing there. It is on my order confirmation and that's it. It said verizon would email me but no email.

I don’t need help with my service, my question is I purposely opted out of the free phone for the tv. I purchased in Jan 2nd, picked the plan and the phone that would qualify me for the tv and I see nothing anywhere about this on my account or anything. I’m paying per month for the phone so I should be getting my tv otherwise then my phone should have been free ans I would have chosen a cheeper phone package. It’s kinda a bait and switch

I had a representative help me do a in store pick up on March 9th 2024 and was told I qualified but am now being told 30 days later that it is only for new customers and not just add a line. The promotion for the third party store was just to add a line but it seems like other people did there’s much earlier so I’m not sure if mine is a different promotion or if I got lied to.

Got told I qualified from a representative that helped me do the order and turns out it’s only for new accounts and multiple reps over the last 30 days have told me that I qualified and I got told finally that it was only for new lines and Verizon refused to fix the mistakes made by the representative that helped with the order and the others after that that also confirmed I qualified. It’s just a runaround when trying to get a solution.

This is not correct. It has to be a brand new account not just adding a line with a select device.
I am also having this issue. More than 30 days and no TV offer. I’m outside of my buyers remorse period. Seems pretty convenient.

They don’t tell you that it has to be a brand new account. I was told by multiple representatives that I qualified and found out after my 30 days that I was lied to and Verizon won’t hold up their end and fix their mistake.
Well if that is the case how come I was able to redeem my promotion on the. 18 th of April when I activated on the 5 th of April and that order was placed by an agent per the request of her supervisor due to issues they are having with the emails asking which promotion you want to redeem the tv or the 200$. I was told that the tv would be here on the 3 rd of May which I took off work for and upon not receiving any tracking information I called and have got nothing but multiple stories and scenarios the bottom line is the agent placed the order on 18th of April was told it would be her on 5-3 and I was not contacted of any changes or back order or anything now I get told I have to wait 30 days to order ok well sorry that order was placed but someone chose not to fill. I think it's time to contact my attorney general and the FtC this clearly is against any and all laws in place in my state and federal guidelines.

I was told I am eligible for the tv and never got an email after signing up. Also, no email after 30 days. Seems like something is up with all these complaints

I have not received emails or gotten anywhere with phone calls on this subject and I am 45 days into being a Verizon customer everyone one I have talked to has given me a different story one said when the thirty days was up it would appear on my Verizon app to redeem the offer for the tv and it never appeared on the app one said that I would be receiving an email with in a week to redeem the offer and still no email and now on hold as they now say they have to validate that I qualify for this offers which after I qualified at that store and with the other phone call now they say that have to escalate it again for the third time and should be resolved in 3 to five days sometime g is very wrong with this

I am going on 2 months on trying to get this tv. After speaking to 3 different agents and 2 different supervisors. After taking off work for the 2 different dates I was told it would be here I lost my job and I am sure it was due to me requesting off. The order was placed on 4-18 but never filled. Was told on May 10th someone messed up my account regarding which promotional item I chose they said that needed fixed and I have no idea what that was about because I never spoke of anything other than the tv. And here I am today I tried to speak to 3 different agents and the last one couldn't even locate my account and I had invested an hour of my time in again and got nothing yet again. This is becoming such a hassle just to get a promotional item I guess most people just give up but they seem to not have any problems when it comes to asking for money or receiving money just issues with producing things that promise will be sent or coming up with some random reasons why they are not upholding their end on getting these items sent out. I am really close to moving companies

I know a person should not have to go through all of this and after calling again today I get told the only thing I can do is do another escalation ticket and my response to that was let's keep doing things that obviously doesn't work until it's at the 60 days I am done playing this game I am doing what I should have done a long time ago and switching careers they can't be any worse. Good luck I hope you get yours resolved or just leave the headache and abandon ship like I am doing. If they put as much effort forth as they do with collecting monthly payments and apply that same effort on following through with giving the customer the promotional item or items they qualify for for they would not have this issue. I’m also dealing with Verizon not sending the email it’s been 39 days that the phones have been active. I’m on with support and they keep telling me that I have to wait 60 days but that is not what is stated, it states the devices have to be active for 30 days and we will get the email and then after we receive the email it will be 60 day to redeem the offer. I’m going through the same problem with this promo, no emails. After a couple days the promotion showed up on My Verizon App but there was no way to actually claim it with nowhere to click. Then it disappeared and there’s nothing absolutely no email communication or way to claim this TV. I think this is a bad look for Verizon seems like I got played.
The worst part is that we get locked in to a 36 month long agreement and don’t even get the promotion promised
