Hi. I need help and cant get it anywhere.
I signed up for the META HEADSET deal and it came time for my headset to pop up on my tiles. It never did so they filed a ticket and told me it was on its way to my house and would be delivered that next week. It never came. I chatted with someone who told me they created a ticket and I would get a code to redeem it within 24 hours. I got that code this morning and I redeemed it. About 3 hours later I got an email stating I needed to reach out to the fraud team. I did and I gave them all the info they asked for, ID, selfie... all of that. The woman told me (very rudely) that I was not approved and I would not be getting my META HEADSET and that my order was being canceled. She then hung up on me without any other information after refusing to speak to me.
I then contacted customer service and was told they filed an escalation and I would get the headset by Monday 8/4/2025. She gave me a new ticket number and told me not wot worry. All of a sudden I was sent to another chat agent who doesn't understand anything Im saying. He refused to listen to me and only sounded like he was reading off of cards. He told me I need to recertify through he fraud department but then he tells me I should have the headset by 8/5/2025. Then he stops talking.
Then I get an email stating "Your application has been approved and you can now shop online."
What is going on? Can ANYONE help me?
