In May 2024, I traded an iPhone12 Mini, new in box; activated but not used due to owner's (Ryan) medical condition, for your Samsung S24 deal. After Verizon warehouse received the IPhone12Mini I was never certain I was given credit for the trade in.
My account has 2 lines/phones, and Verizon showed I had returned MY (Marty's) iPhone12 Mini phone,(not Ryan's) the phone I was chatting with Verizon on, not the one I actually returned!!!!! Make sense? Different issue but shows Verizon problematic/non attention to detail.
So now, Ryan is able to use a phone, but with his injuries, the Samsung S24 is not ideal/too small, and they wouldn't allow an exchange. So we are BUYING buying him an S23+. Verizon wants over $700 to get out of the *FREE* Samsung S24. We have been customers since Verizon was Alltel in Little Rock AR (an awesome company!!!!!!) If we ever can get away from Verizon, we will go with another carrier, then #NeverVerizon!
It is so disturbing how the advertising is MISLEADING and I am sick of these contracts where you're locked into a false narrative! DON'T CALL IT FREE IF IT'S NOT FREE, FOLKS! TALK STRAIGH
