It has been very frustrating experience for me after moving to Verizon from T-mobile. I had issue with T-mobile coverage at my home. That seems to have improved after I moved to verizon . I earlier had verizon Fios connection in my wife's name. After I switched my phone carrier to Verizon, I took my wife's account to my name to get the home + mobile discount. It has been 4/5 months. I have called the support many times and have spent hours. Also been to the store near by 3/4 times. but so far, the issue remains unresolved. I have not been able to get the discount yet. The discount is one the factor that I considered while moving and the agent in the store promised me that it would be easy to get that. Also it is so difficult to reach to support person on phone that I have kind of given up. Does any one has similar issue ? Please let me know what you did for this.

Sign in VZW account, at HOME PAGE, click (bill overview), next page you see (Savings detail & new offer), CLICK it,
you will see Mobile + home

Are you sure two accounts under One ID together, If you can not do online, Call CS, request Manger to help you . Good luck.
Few months ago, I call manger, she taught me to do over the phone. So I know how to do it.
