bought a $200 gift card from verizon and it doesnt work. cant get anyone to help
I'm not sure if that is actually a gift card. It is probably a prepaid plan refill card, which only works for paying your bill on a prepaid line. Or if it is a card for Verizon Visible or Total Wireless (formerly Total by Verizon), those are separate companies owned by Verizon, but are not Verizon itself and would only work for Visible or Total customers.
it’s a valid wireless card that can be used to pay the bill or buy phones or accessories.
