Got an email about a future charge for a discovery+ subscription

I got an email about a discovery+ subscription.

> Subscription: discovery+ (Ad-Free) for 3 Months
> Promotion ending: February 16, 2025
> Monthly charge after your promotion ends: $6.99

I never asked for this, and I don't want it.
I don't see this mentioned anywhere on the site in my account plan/billing.

I am posting here to get confirmation that I will NOT be charged for this service.

I'd go into your account under the manage perks section and cancel the Discovery+ subscription.

I don't see any perks/services activated except for my internet plan.

Hence my confusion as to why I received an email to begin with.
