Help with billing issues not being addressed

I recently been unable to get help with a billing dispute that I’ve been experiencing and today is my day to pay on payment arrangement and customer service will not help me. And I won’t pay untill I get help. I’d really hate to have to go through all the loops with filing a complaint to all of the appropriate agencies. Preferably I would like to resolve this, but I am getting refused any type of assistance when I call. I’m not sure if this incompetence happens regularly, but I’ve been facing a lot of incompetence with Verizon

Verizon was an amazing company when it started here in MN. We have the Verizon Wireless venue still and Verizon is no longer here, they got too big, and monopolized the cell market, now they feel they can just charge anything cause you are trapped. How you gonna go anywhere else, you have all your info on your devices from Verizon..that is a nightmare scenario that leaves us feeling pressured and helpless. I just added phones for my daughters, and upgraded my phone, even tho my iPhone 13pro max is like new, but I got a great offer for 3 phones, and a promise that my bill would stay under $200, haha, they bait you, say that you will get all your bundled apps, free phones w/new lines, $500 trade credit, but you better get all that recorded! Cause their words are worthless! Beware if you have automated payments, cause 1 mo you will pay 1 price, then next mo goes way up. They have access to your $!! I contacted the BBB about these tactics, and seen that every single Verizon store/company/corp have F ratings. Sooooo many complaints, same issues! They need to be transparent in charges, straight forward with costs! Enough with the lies and saying things are free when you are going to be paying on the devices monthly, that’s not free! 13 yrs I have been a Verizon customer, but I get no loyalty or honesty. It’s really sad. This company should be broken up and they should put some standards of integrity in place! Cause this is awful, and until there is true competition, what do they care. 1 company should never be the only company, I thought the US had regulations that protected consumers from this sort of thing, but I guess not. Time to contact legislators. This cannot keep going. I am seeing so many ppl with the exact issues. Many don’t even get a response.
