I have been trying to contact someone for over a week now and the last time I spoke with someone it was the Friday before last and was told that I was going to be contacted on Monday because they could not figure out my issue I was having with my account and the app. But now I try to contact someone and I cannot get anyone to speak to me. In the app under contact us, it just keeps giving me an error. When I call it gets so far and hangs up on me. My internet is shut off because I was quoted a different price when I was on the phone and the sales person talk to me into getting the internet I got and he gave me a quote on what I'm going to have to pay. It is no $30 more than that. And it's only been on for 3 weeks and they shut me off already. I don't know what to do from here.
