Why can’t I get a live agent

been calling financial services all day long and haven’t been able to get through I have been seriously inconvenienced due to the incompetence of various agent along with broken promises multiple times and haven’t been helped on account suspension tht wasn’t suppose to happen and keep getting redirected to dead ends . At this point I have screen shot and chat transcript ids that I’m ready to make a ladder to the president behind this matter which all began with an incompetent agent tht messed my account all the way up and tacked on Excessive charges.

Sorry to hear of your troubles. I have read in the forums before that if your service has been shut off for nonpayment, then you cannot get to an agent via the phone until the bill has been paid. Otherwise, I'd have to think Financial Services may only work business hours M-F?
