Is this for Fios, or the 5G Home Internet? If you have a Verizon mobile account and the Fios isn't showing, there's a way to merge your user IDs so it all shows up in one place. If your mobile account is prepaid, then the problem is that prepaid is a separate part of the company, so you can't link any postpaid services at all to a prepaid mobile account.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
