How do I contact someone in upper management that has authority to correct issues on my account? I have spent 3 hours on the phone today with various agents, had my calls disconnected, been told they cannot transfer me back to the person I was speaking with, been told they cannot transfer me to a supervisor, among other things. I have been given misinformation from at least 4 agents and can't seem to get anyone to fix the issue. I have been a loyal customer to Verizon for many years and the customer service in return is astonishing. My calls get disconnected and noone calls me back, why do they ask for a callback number then?

I was promised a Loyalty discount 4 times and today I was told it will not happen and that the previous agents lied to me. That's what she actually said! I documented each call, each over an hour long and I even have an email from the customer care team rep acknowledging the discount. How do I speak with a manager to discuss this situation?
