How do I get A Supervisor to help?

I have been trying to reach out to Verizon for three weeks now. I have called and spoken to about six or more individuals who cannot assist me. I have requested to speak with a Supervisor over 4 times. Iโm told each time they will call me back to no avail! Who can I contact to get Verizon to assist me with my issue? Is there another number I can call? Please advise!

I have the same problem. I was told the last conversation that there were no supervisors. What? A company this big and no supervisors. Iโm beyond frustrated myself! I hope someone can give you answers so I to can utilize the suggestions! Good luck!

I finally feel as though I have a resolution. Hopefully what was promised will come to fruition. I continually called and then chatted in the early morning hours 4:30 AM Mountain time, in which I was escalated to a Supervisor from the Leadership Team who looked at everything and resolved the issue.
I have everything documented. Try getting on the chat very early in the morning if possible!
