I have been dealing with a trade-in credit issue for 8 months, after having sent my device to Verizon and porting my phone number into the system.
I have spent countless hours on chat with customer service over several months. Every rep promises that the issue will be fixed and the credits applied to the next bill, but it is never applied. My account was acknowledged to be bugged, but no representative does anything except make the same promise that it will be fixed โin the next bill.โ
Can someone please fix this issue? This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company, period.
