How do you contact the billing department

I click the contact us and it asks for my zip code and when I put it in it goes back to the first screen with no phone number.  What is going on does anybody know the phone number for verizon billing in the Collegeville, PA area which is near Philadelphia?

You can always start with the 1-800-verizon number.  You do have to call during so called Business hours.

In fact that is the number listed for your zipcode (and most others) with hours of 8am-6pm Monday-Friday
