How long do I have before I lose my number?

Hi! I’ve been out of the country since December. My VZW cell phone was disconnected for non payment 01/03. I will be back in the country in 2 weeks and plan to pay to reconnect. I didn’t realize there was an option to suspend service and I totally forgot to pay but just left it off since I’m not there today is day 30 and I honestly forgot about it until my mom asked had I reconnected bc I may lose my number now. it’s now 30 days. I cannot get thru to customer service they just want payment cannot talk to anyone. How long do I have before I lose my number? Anyone know??
