Hey, I have a couple questions for the community and or if anyone has experienced this. So a couple years ago I had made an order online for a new iPhone and start a new plan with Verizon. I had bought the wrong phone and also had issues getting into that account after placing an order so I went to my local Verizon store to cancel that phone and delete that account and start a new one. The Verizon Rep told me he deleted the account so I made a new account with the Verizon Rep and ordered the phone I wanted. I finally got that phone and payed it off over the payment plan. A few years go by no problems at all until I wanted to get an Apple Watch. When I tried to get an Apple Watch and do a payment plan they had refused me a payment plan due to an outstanding balance which made no sense to me since I had recently paid off my phone and I have always payed my bill. So I called the number they had provided to get an answer on what the outstanding balance was. Come to fine out they shipped out that phone I originally ordered and I was never notified that they did. Obviously I never received this phone in the mail or at my house. I have no access to this account that I believe was deleted. I told them I do not have the phone that they are claiming I have but never received. Obviously they did nothing and just kept transferring me to different departments. I've tried texting and calling with absolutely no resolution nor does it sound like they care to help me but to keep transferring me. I have tried to contact them on multiple different occasions with still nothing. I had also tried to upgrade my current iPhone with something newer and guess what they had made it to where I cannot upgrade my phone until I pay the balance off which is $1,500. I am not going to be paying a company that amount of money for a product I did not receive but are claiming I did. This is a last ditch effort to resolve this issue and if I cannot than I will be deleting this account and switching to a new provider.
