I really need help with this issue, I have called customer service many times about this and I always get the same answer "please wait 5 to 14 days for the change to appear on you bill", now my bill is passed due and I still see the charges for the phone I returned. I have the evidence that the phone was return and still nobody has been able to help me. Please someone help me to fix this issue.
