I’m being charged for taxes and fees in Michigan as well as the state of Florida. It’s been going on for at least a year possibly a lot longer.

I need help I’m being charged for phone service in 2 different states. They are charging me taxes and fees in both Michigan and Florida. Yes I do spend time in both but my home is in Michigan and I don’t understand how they are getting away with this and for so long

You can review your service address in your Account Settings here: https://www.verizon.com/digital/nsa/secure/ui/acct/profile#/. Under Contact & Billing on the left side, click on Service Address. That will show the address for each line on your account. Are you seeing an update is needed here?
