I'm done with Verizon

I switched over to Verizon about 5 months ago from T-Mobile and I'm done with this terrible service at the premium price. 

I setup a payment arrangement and my service is still off. Funny enough after setting up the arrangement myVerizon app just seems to unexpectedly stop working somehow? Not to mention if I try signing in online it tell's me it needs to send a text to my phone which I can't receive and it sends it through the app, but because the app won't load I I can't verify. NOT to  mention, if I try calling support I get redirected to the financial line and am told to make a payment, can't even get a human. 

Verizon is awful, I'm going to pay my phone off and I'm going back to T-Mobile.  Never coming back to this company.
