I need help from a Supervisor or Manager - no one can seem to help me

I've been dealing with an issue now for over a month. I ordered a new phone from Verizon that I have a dual sim on and transferred 2 numbers from AT&T. I have a total of 4 lines. When I ordered the phone and activated it, it put 3 of my lines on one account and 1 of my lines on another. I tried to fix it that day but was told I needed to wait 30 days to do so. I call when the 30 days is up and they transferred my lines all together but I somehow lost all of my credits and promos in the process for that line. I've spoken to about 12 different people and chatted multiple times to get no where. I just need all of the info that was on the line at the beginning to carry over to the other account. No one can seem to figure out how to fix it. They all say it's been taken care of but when I look in my account, nothing is fixed. Can someone please help me?

Ltitus84. I'm sorry you've been having issues with losing promotions when trying to get things adjusted with the account. We've sent a Private Note, to help get more information, and review what's been worked on and done thus far with things.
