I need someone from corporate to contact me about my last bill of $846.53 . And your representative looked into charges and concluded that the charges was invalid. And he told me that my money would be refunded within 3-5 days. But it wasn't. And now everyone that I have spoke to since, have come up with every excuse of why you all are not refunding me back my money. Which in the beginning I called you all and explained that im was going out the country. And asked you all , do I need any additional service to use my phone and you all told me" No". But now you all are saying yes, you should've had additional service. That's not the way you treat a customer who been with you all for about 20 years.
