I just came online and made a payment on my account, I entered a specific amount as I have to budget for my other bills. However I made a typo on the zip code when entering the card information, and the system asked me to edit the zip code after doing so I went through with the payment and noticed that I paid MUCH MORE than I'd intended because the system changed the amount I was paying when I had to edit the payment information. I CAN NOT afford to pay what was paid and need that money back in order to be able to afford my rent payment. I tried calling financial services and it was outside regular business hours and the Verizon chat is experiencing technical difficulties and I'm unable to reach an agent through that method as well.
