I never received my iPhone

I had ordered an iPhone 14 from Verizon online a month ago. I never received my phone. I have called several times and kept on the line for an hour and a half. No one seems to not be able to help me. Now, I have received threats and a bill for over $200. Why would they charge me for a phone I never received? I'm so tired of these people. Now my credit is going to be jacked, because they are incompetent. I'm the one that will have to pay for all their mistakes.
