I paid my bill over three hours ago and my service has not been restored and if I try to get in touch with anybody from Verizon either by calling them or even on their AI chat bot it blocks me and it does not allow me to even talk to a real person because it says I have to restore my service before I can which I paid my bill. Iโm so over Verizon and I feel like there should be a way that customer should be able to punish the big companies like Verizon for messing up and not taking care of us when we mess up and donโt pay our bills they cut us off. itโs completely unfair and I canโt stand Verizon, there customer service is terrible and honestly donโt even get me going on about there Chatbot! That AI chatbot is such a poor design and makes me infuriated . Iโm switching to AT&T

Last thing, how is it when Iโm late on my bill I get penalized and charged extra fees, but when Verizon messes up I get nothing! Iโve done what theyโve asked and they have failed to keep there promise. So Iโm giving them 12 hours to credit me $100 or I will go to another carrier

i had filed for bankruptcy in November my phone was not included and verzion had my account under review for months with me unable to even pay or make arrangements. Then last thursday get a message stating my bill is available and need to pay 500 dollars to keep service then they suspend my service the next day. then everyday get a text stating to reactivate my service to pay the 500 so when i got paid Wednesday i did and my service is still suspended 8 hours later.
