I paid my bill over three hours ago and my service has not been restored and if I try to get in touch with anybody from Verizon either by calling them or even on their AI chat bot it blocks me and it does not allow me to even talk to a real person because it says I have to restore my service before I can which I paid my bill. I’m so over Verizon and I feel like there should be a way that customer should be able to punish the big companies like Verizon for messing up and not taking care of us when we mess up and don’t pay our bills they cut us off. it’s completely unfair and I can’t stand Verizon, there customer service is terrible and honestly don’t even get me going on about there Chatbot! That AI chatbot is such a poor design and makes me infuriated . I’m switching to AT&T
