I upgraded my two iPhone 15 Pro Max devices to the 16 Pro Max through the early upgrade program. I have returned the two 15 Pro Max devices and confirmed that the shipping was completed, but Verizon is still charging me for these devices—about $1,200. Even when I chat with customer service, they just say they’ve taken care of it, but nothing changes. I’m worried because this same situation repeats every year, and I’ve had to pay the $1,200 and then get the credits back in installments several times. With less than two weeks remaining, I need someone who can clearly sort out my charges.
