I returned my gateway 2 month ago, after 10 calls to Customer Servise - Still got billed.

I spent two hours at the corporate store today, and 2 hours on the phone yesterday. Multiple calls to customer service before, and every time I was assured that the issue was resolved. Got an internet gateway back in September, and canceled the service a week later. Received the return kit from Verizon and shipped the gateway back. The package was delivered to the warehouse on October 5th. I have tracking, and I have pictures of the package content and the shipping label. I am getting tossed around because they claim they can not find it in the system. Beyond frustrated. The representatives on the phone told me that they needed to investigate, put me on hold, and then transfer me to other random reps from different departments. Happened multiple times.
