Good evening, like other many customers, I have no idea why I cannot use my Verizon dollars through apps. I can see my Verizon dollars through Verizon visa app easily, but what I can see was the white screen with "Please wait" I used PC website to use it and the website said" "You cannot use this feature". I tried to solve my problem by calling all three companies: Verizon customer service, Verizon card customer service, and Synchrony card customer services. Surprisingly, all three departments are having same answers: "It is not my duty, I can explain how to use the dollar, but I cannot do more. Find other departments" WHAT? I ALREADY TRIED ALL OF THEM!! I used this Verizon credit card more than 4 years with a trust of both Verizon and synchrony bank, which led me to earn $1,100 Verizon dollars! Today, I lose those trusts with a result of 5 hours speaking led: NOTHING. I really want to get my Verizon dollar back, so demanding a representative to solve my problem is my right as a loyal customer. I DEMAND IT RIGHT NOW!
