My service was disconnected because of a past due balance. The past due balance is a non return fee for a phone that was shipped back to the sender. I don't understand why I was charged a fee for a phone I never received. I gave you the tracking number that clearly says returned to shipper. I have been going through this debacle with the replacement phone since March 1, 2024. One problem after another. This is not how you treat customers, especially ones that have been with you for over 20 years.
